He has been managing the kitchen himself since June 2021. He puts a great deal of effort into creating dishes that are not just visually appealing, he breathes new life into local produce with sophisticated flavour combinations too. It is not just high-quality ingredients that are used in his kitchen, above all else they are regional.
Meena has been in our team for many years. He is an all-rounder and works as a Chef Tournant, Entremetier and Patissier. He prepares our delicious breakfast cake with a great deal of care, thereby ensuring you enjoy a perfect start to the day.
Jozef puts his heart and soul into preparing the desserts, which vary daily, and once a week our guests can marvel at and enjoy the full range of his sweet craftsmanship at the dessert buffet.
Doris is the kind soul of the hotel and Christian’s wife. She works with a great deal of passion to ensure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant, from service through to advice about wine.
If you love sophisticated cocktails or like to be recommended a good rum, Daniele is the right person for you.
With his southern Italian charm and professionalism, he always puts our guests in a good mood.
He delights guests with his professional wine advice and his winning manner. Dejan can always be found in our wine shop in the evenings from 4.00 pm, which he runs with great pleasure.
Our guests are served by Dushica with verve and vigor. From breakfast service to terrace service in the afternoon, she always rushes over with a quick step and takes care of the guests' wishes with a lot of love.
Mohamed always greets our guests with a smile at breakfast, whether on the terrace or in the restaurant. At dinner, he is responsible for the plate service.
Manuel is a very friendly and calm employee who always meets our guests with a smile and is responsible for the breakfast buffet.
As our Management assistant and right hand to our Directors, she is responsible for the entire organisation of Reception. With her open, friendly demeanour Lisa inspires both guests and staff alike.
Thanks to her many years of experience, she knows exactly what to look out for when cleaning. With her team of 4 cleaning ladies she keeps the hotel thoroughly and hygienically clean, so that you can feel completely at ease.
Originally from Tunisia, Khalja complements our Housekeeping Team wonderfully with her calm and friendly demeanour. She works with a great deal of precision and carefully ensures rooms and the hotel area as a whole are clean and hygienic.
Maber attaches great importance to the small details and loves to pamper our guests.
Mirveta is the diligent, quiet chambermaid who takes great care in creating a homely atmosphere in the hotel.
She is there every morning in VINEA-SPA. Renate pampers our guests with many different treatments. Her many years of experience ensures you enjoy unlimited well-being. Just lie back and relax!
She is her your trusted Body and Mind Coach. With her, daily exercise, stretching and body strengthening are on the agenda. At the same time she ensures you relax and unwind.
Silvia pampers our guests in the Vinea Spa. As a qualified masseuse and beautician, she not only knows how to beautify our guests with massages and beauty treatments, but also conveys wellness for the soul with her aura.
Jetmir has been ‘in charge of everything’ since 2019. He is our Caretaker and Gardener. Originally from Kosovo, Jetmir has many talents, which is why we are delighted to have him in our team.
