Prices in our 4-star Superior hotel in Schenna are per person and night including ¾ board. The price difference for an overnight stay with breakfast is € 15.00.
Children up to the age of 2: free
Children aged from 3 to 7: Overnight stay with breakfast € 50.00, or ¾ board € 60.00 per day
Children aged from 8 to 14: Overnight stay with breakfast € 70.00, or ¾ board € 80.00 per day
Teenagers aged 15 to 17: Overnight stay with breakfast € 90.00, or ¾ board € 100.00 per day
Children’s prices only apply when there are 2 adults paying full price staying in the room.

Up to 6 nights - 5 % discount
From 7 nights - 10 % discount

Local taxes are collected for the district of Schenna and the state of South Tyrol. These are not included in the price and are € 3.80 per person and day. Children under the age of 14 do not pay local taxes. (mobility card included).
Booking:
A booking is valid upon confirmation in writing by both parties, stating the full address and upon transfer of a deposit of 30% of the total price and provision of your credit card details.
Prices:
Prices are per person and night including ¾ board and parking space in the garage, for stays of 4 nights minimum. There is a 10% surcharge for stays up to 3 nights. All prices include 10% VAT, for beauty treatments the price includes 22% VAT. Should the rate of VAT change unexpectedly, the prices will be adjusted. Differences in prices results only from varying facilities, size and location of rooms. All other services in our 4 star Superior hotel in Schenna are the same for all accommodation.
Payment method:
Payment can be effected in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or debit card. We should point out that in Italy, up to € 4999.99 can be paid in cash.
Pets:
Pets are welcome in our hotel in Schenna, on request (you must bring their baskets with you). Your pet must be absolutely house-trained and calm. No access is permitted to the dining hall, the wellness area or the lounger area. Day rate: € 20.00, not including feed.
Internet:
Every room in our hotel in Schenna has free Internet connection and free WLAN.
Wellness:
Our nature is important to us. We try to avoid waste in all areas. You help us by bringing your own slippers. If needed, you can pick them up at the reception.
If you wish to have your towels for the wellness area changed, leave them on the floor.
Cancellation:
Cancellation effected up to 21 days before arrival day is free of charge. Thereafter, 70 % of the full amount is charged. Cancellations are only valid when made in writing. In the event of early departure, we charge 80% of the board price for the days you have not availed of. Your deposit will not be returned, but will be credited for your next stay. (Credit valid for three years from transfer date). We recommend you take out travel cancellation cover. This is straightforward and can be done via the following link: Europäische Reiseversicherung
Conferences and Meetings:
Looking for the right setting for a creative meet-up, a representative get-together or focused discussion? Our meeting room has space for up to 20 people and can be hired for a day rate of € 120.00, with the half day rate being € 60.00.
Use of the wellness area on the day you are due to depart:
Enjoy a lovely time in our wellness oasis on the day you are due to depart too! Check-out by 11.00, then simply register at Reception and enjoy the wellness area and afternoon buffet up to 17.00, for a surcharge of just €25.00 per room.
Rooms are ready from 14.00 on the day you are due to arrive. On the day you are due to depart, rooms are to be vacated by 11.00. Please note that for organisational reasons, no specific preference for rooms or floors can be considered. Should you be arriving in the 4-star Superior Hotel in Schenna after 18.00, please telephone us to let us know.
Early-Check-in:
Would you like to enjoy your holiday to the full, from the first to the very last second? Our tip: get information before you arrive about the option for early check-in or late check-out in the room you have booked. We are happy to make your room available for you before 14.00 on the day you arrive (as per availability) for a surcharge of €25.00. Want to enjoy a gourmet breakfast if you are arriving early? We are happy to offer our early check-in with breakfast option for €43.00. We charge €18.00 for breakfast on the day you are due to arrive (without early check-in).
Late-Check-out:
Do you enjoy a long lie and want to have a lie-in on the day you are due to depart, relax and enjoy breakfast and vacate your room after 11.00? On request, treat yourself to our late check-out option: up to 15.00 there is a surcharge of €50.00, up to 18.00 the surcharge is €70.00.
Guest Pass Schenna:
With the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna coming into effect on 1 January 2024, it means that that all South Tyrolean public transport services will be utilisable by means of a single ticket. The Guest Pass provides holders with (almost) unlimited mobility throughout South Tyrol on mobility services including bus, train, and cable car. Holders of a Südtirol Guest Pass will be able to experience South
Tyrol in a stress-free and sustainable manner, without having to rely on a private vehicle to get around. Just one ticket takes care of the whole regional public transport system!
