Our young and creative kitchen team uses wine from South Tyrol – beside a lot of other regional products – in its gourmet and wellness cuisine. Under the direction of chef Christian Flora, who has been working with great determination, inventiveness, and boundless interest in creating international culinary delights at the Hotel Der Weinmesser since 2015, the kitchen team prepares new exquisite delights every day – for the enjoyment of our guests. The creative chefs de cuisine know that culinary delights affect our health and therefore aim to combine the health aspect with enjoyment while creating a true gourmet experience. In our multi-faceted Weinmesser cuisine with its seasonal surprises and highlights, we manufacture South Tyrolean specialities and international delicacies. Of course the matching wine is also part of a successful evening. It is your luck that we are both certified sommeliers and can guide you towards the right direction.

The Vino Vitality Menu based on grapeseed flour and grape seed oil makes for a fine culinary alternative, giving epicures dreamy eyes and allowing wine lovers to discover the v/wine anew.
