Our young and creative kitchen team uses wine from South Tyrol – beside a lot of other regional products – in its gourmet and wellness cuisine. The creative chefs de cuisine know that culinary delights affect our health and therefore aim to combine the health aspect with enjoyment while creating a true gourmet experience. In our multi-faceted Weinmesser cuisine with its seasonal surprises and highlights, we manufacture South Tyrolean specialities and international delicacies. Of course the matching wine is also part of a successful evening. It is your luck that we are both certified sommeliers and can guide you towards the right direction.
