Wine delights

The first wine hotel in South Tyrol offers both culinary delights and delicious local wines. At gourmet hotel Der Weinmesser in Scena you will be treated to a range of excellent dishes featuring fresh seasonal produce. Our chef Christian Kohlgruber also offers a variety of special dishes such as the Vino Vitality meal which is based on grape seed oil and flour.

Wine is a truly fascinating product with a long, historically most interesting tradition. It comes in many shades, colours and tastes, and has positive effects on the body. Make sure you taste at least some of the wonderful wines from our excellently stocked wine cellar – your host Doris Kohlgruber is a certified wine expert who will present you with lots of interesting insight into the making of these wines, and of course you will also get to taste them!
